We have divided our services into three main categories. Pre Production, Event Production, and Conference Production.
Pre Production
In Pre Production we work with you to create an incredible event. We collect head shots and bios of your speakers and create lower third graphics so they are recognized on camera. Custom countdown video and an intro will make get your event started off on the right foot. We provide a coaching session on how to improve your on screen presence with lights, cameras, mics and teleprompters. Audience engagement is a big concern as we are spending more time on virtual meetings. We will work with you to develop a slide deck that you may show during the event, or simply use for notes and as an agenda for your speakers. If you opt for pre production services we will also provide you with a recording of your event with the countdown timer removed and minor fixes.
Event Production
This is where it gets real! We can pre-record your event and play it back LIVE, or you can present it live and we can share it on a platform that limits or charges for attendance, or we can stream to multiple services. We make sure to have redundant streams going whenever possible.
Conference Production
Conference Production is a combination of the two services already listed. Effectively we will provide enough staff and hardware to run multiple events in parallel.
This can all seem vague so here are some examples to generate some ideas:
Example 1 – Simple Webinar or Keynote
You have a slide deck and a good idea of what you want to say and do. Maybe it’s an awards presentation or a business meeting within your company where you need the platform and would like some help watching the chat so you can stay focused on what you have planned. We can provide you with an event producer and a webinar platform that includes registration so you can collect contact information for those that join the meeting. We will do our best to help with the technical side during the meeting.
Example 2 – Customer Facing Event
You want to build a potential client list or you want to put on a mini conference, but it needs to be well organized and professional. We can help you plan the event, collect speaker information, create videos and graphics and develop a timeline to organize the event. In this case we would provide extensive pre-event planning help and take an active role in producing and streaming your event.
Example 3 – Multi-day Conference
This would be several of the previous example grouped together. You could have multiple tracks and sessions running and we would assist each presenter in preparing their technology for the event, help to develop a schedule that you could share, and provide videos of completed sessions shortly after they are done.
